HORSE & MARE  insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by HORSE AND MARE and transfer responsibility in the same way.

TAXES & DUTIES

• UK VAT is applied to all VAT-applicable orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, the E.U. and Eire.

• We do not charge VAT on Children’s' products

• We are not responsible for any import duties & taxes that might be applied outside of the UK.

• If a product is returned to us due to the non-payment of any duties & taxes, any associated costs incurred by HORSE AND MARE will be deducted from your refund..
